and adjustments of your current software and hardware, if you desire. Research
and develop solutions for adding new systems or upgrading your existing system
to meet your business operating needs. Solution analysis of costs and quality
including options. Installation and setup of your chosen solution, both software
and/or hardware.
Limit
system down time. When problems occur with software or hardware, help is only a
phone call or email away. Clients who pay TSE a monthly retainer* receive a
pager number which puts them in contact with help when they need it!
Installation of warranty components from your computer manufacturer. Hardware
& software "tune-up" maintenance.
Training
and assistance with learning new and old software. Training can include basic
computer hardware and software understanding and usage. Customized business
software may require you to help me understand some of your industry's terms and
workings. Software training includes: Internet, Web Page development (design
your own), Publishing, Accounting, Spreadsheets, Databases, Graphics, and
Communications.
LAN
(Local Area Network) administration. Installation, setup and maintenance of
small computer networks. System design and customizing. Hardware and software
recommendations. Networking solutions for your type of business. TSE will
setup high speed website hosting, domain name and
email setup.
